In today’s fast-evolving fashion industry, innovation is the foundation of differentiation and long-term success. At the heart of our approach lies a strong commitment to product and fabric innovation, ensuring our partners stay ahead of market trends while meeting the growing demand for quality, performance, and sustainability.
Our product innovation process begins with a deep understanding of global fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and market requirements. By combining creative design thinking with technical expertise, we develop products that balance aesthetics, functionality, and commercial viability.
From concept creation to final production, our teams work closely with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to refine silhouettes, improve fit, and introduce new constructions. Whether it’s experimenting with modern cuts, enhancing comfort, or integrating performance features, innovation is embedded at every stage of development.
Fabric is the backbone of every great product. Our fabric innovation strategy focuses on sourcing and developing materials that deliver superior quality, durability, and versatility. We continuously explore new fibres, blends, and finishes to create fabrics that align with evolving fashion and lifestyle needs.
This includes working with natural, recycled, and innovative man-made fibres, as well as experimenting with washes, textures, coatings, and functional treatments. By collaborating with trusted mills and textile specialists, we ensure access to the latest fabric advancements from across global sourcing regions.
Innovation today goes beyond design—it must be responsible. We actively invest in sustainable fabric solutions such as low-impact dyes, eco-friendly finishes, recycled yarns, and resource-efficient production methods. Our goal is to help brands reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality or style.
By integrating sustainability into product and fabric innovation, we support ethical manufacturing practices and contribute to a more responsible fashion ecosystem.
True innovation is driven by collaboration. Our teams maintain close partnerships with suppliers, mills, and technology providers to test new ideas, improve processes, and deliver future-ready solutions. Continuous research, sampling, and performance testing allow us to evolve alongside industry advancements.
Product and fabric innovation enables us to transform ideas into market-ready solutions that inspire confidence and creativity. By staying agile, forward-thinking, and committed to excellence, we help our partners bring innovative products to life—designed for today and built for tomorrow.

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad, there’s dummy copy to the rescue. But worse, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, the foot’s to big for the boot? Or to small? To short sentences, to many headings, images too large for the proposed design, or too small, or they fit in but it looks iffy for reasons the folks in the meeting can’t quite tell right now, but they’re unhappy, somehow. A client that’s unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that’s unhappy though he or her can’t quite.
Usually, we prefer the real thing, wine without sulfur based preservatives, real butter, not margarine, and so we’d like our layouts and designs to be filled with real words, with thoughts that count, information that has value.
This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won’t fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there’s no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
Second, use lorem ipsum if you think the placeholder text will be too distracting. For specific projects, collaboration between copywriters and designers may be best, however, like Karen McGrane said, draft copy has a way of turning any meeting about layout decisions into a discussion about word choice. So don’t be afraid to use lorem ipsum to keep everyone focused.
One word of caution: make sure your client knows that lorem ipsum is filler text. You don’t want them wondering why you filled their website with a foreign language, and you certainly don’t want anyone prematurely publishing it.

If that’s what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.
Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require. Or else, an alternative route: set checkpoints, networks, processes, junctions between content and layout. Depending on the state of affairs it may be fine to concentrate either.
